  • Our ready made companies have not traded and are maintained and fully complaint with Polish Company law
  • The companies have identification numbers of the National Court Register (KRS), National Business Registry (REGON) and the Tax Office (NIP)
  • The ready made Sp z.o.o company name, business objects, registered address and Articles of Association may be changed if required
  • The company can be registered with the tax office with tax identification number, VAT registration and EU VAT registration

  • Only 1 director of any nationality is necessary for your company
  • Only 1 shareholder is required
  • Shareholders may be of any nationality and can be either corporations or individuals

Appointing the new Directors 

Your chosen directors and shareholders of the company sign the necessary official documents that allow us to make them the directors of your ready made company. 

The former director(s) will be removed as directors of the company and it will be transferred over to you. All relevant court filings will be made..

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Registration at the company registration court and state statistical office
  • Transfer documents and new application documents prepared
  • Removal of existing director and appointment of new directors
  • Court filing and tax office filing of new purchaser information
  • Approved and registered company name
  • Registration for corporate income tax and value added tax, possible
  • Statistical Office registration/ Regon number certificate
  • Current accounting records, including all required court filings and tax office filings
  • Change of company name if required
